Absolutely delighted with our purchase of the Platinum Spa 'Oslo' model, 7 seater hot tub. Hydropool are higher end quality whilst still competitively priced and delivered within about 10 days.Adam Mordue the sales manager was so friendly and helpful without any 'hard sell' pressure. We really appreciated that.We visited several different showrooms in the area and Hydropool hottubs and staff really stood out for us. We felt we were getting a quality product with very knowledgeable and supportive staff.Our decision was well made, because disaster struck when as hot tub newbies we struggled to keep the chemicals balanced and quickly got a bacteria infection in the hot tub a couple of days before we were due to host a big party!We called Adam for help that evening and he came to the rescue at 9am the very next day and patiently helped us disinfect, drain, clean and refill the hottub. We were back up and running in time for our big party and we felt much more confident in being able to maintain our hot tub going forward. I very rarely write reviews but I am compelled to share our fabulous experience with Hydropool Surrey. We first visited the showroom during a break from lockdown on a visit to the adjacent garden centre. We were warmly invited by Adrian to explore for our first time the world of Swimspas. No pushy sales just a genuine interest to explain the products. For many years we had thought about the dream of having a swimming pool. We visited three times and wet tested the 19DTAX Swimspa before committing to its purchase. We wanted to incorporate it into a project with an adjacent outbuilding. We had sound advice on the pros and cons of fully sinking it into the ground but persevered with the latter for aesthetics. Adrian came to visit our home in NW London more than once and was helpful throughout the design stage. The project was significantly delayed by planning which is not unusual in the last few years. The company was unbelievably patient and kind. We finally broke ground this spring and our project was completed this summer. Adrian was amazingly helpful and kept abreast of the project and liaised with our teams. It was a delight to see him on the day of delivery on a muddy wet morning. He was helpful all the way to its commissioning and still provides aftercare and advice. Was it worth it? Absolutely. More so that we were fortunate enough to choose Hydropool Surrey. There are competitors out there that we visited. From our experience you won’t find a Hydropool dealer as conscientious and caring as this team. Our sincere thanks especially to Adrian. Our kids can vouch for this!

Adrian and the team were excellent from start to finish. They recommended then worked closely with a landscape gardener to fit our pool into a complex garden project with tricky access, then provided excellent support when we had questions getting it up and running. When a part needed replacing they got it done at no cost within a day, and have done a few video calls teaching us how to get the best out of the kit. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and beyond our expectations is the bottom line.We have been looking for some time, we have a lap pool overseas so have experience of managing a pool. I am a diver, my wife a Physiotherapist. In our LogCabin we wished to transform this into an Aqua aerobics and Hydrotherapy pool.Adrian and his team were fantastic, we visited booked a test swim, and immediately could see this was going to be so much more fun than a simple lap pool and way easier to maintain. We signed the deal in the pool and two weeks later was being installed!We had an old Lazy-Z Inflatable hot tub so decided to add a Serenity 670 Platinum Hot tub together with the 17AX trainer to extend the Hydrotherapy and swim spa experience.We have now had the combination for 4 months and we are so pleased with the package. The swim spa is so much more than a lap pool. There is so much more you can do in a swim spa than a simple swimming pool. There is quite literally endless options, exercises, aqua aerobics, and even plane old swimming! You can have still water with the wide range of aqua floats available, or have a river of water flowing. One obvious difference is the water is moving. So lovely to swim and exercise in moving water that you can control in an infinite ways the speed, directions, turbulence etc. Gives quite a difference experience to a static swimming pool.Swimming against the swimspa gives a good workout, which can be done with or without googles or even a snorkel!It offers so much more options for Aqua aerobics and hydrotherapy than a plain pool. There are just endless options, with finely controlled pool temperature. Very little water actually splashes over the sides, it is well designed to keep the water inside the pool.The addition of a TV in the room enables on line aqua aerobics tutorial and training to be undertaken. We are looking at introducing Aqua Cycling to the exercise programs.I am so pleased we choose a Swim spa over a standard pool. The swimming experience frankly is way more fun than our lap pool. The pumps are plenty powerful but equally very finally adjustable. I cannot as a strong swimmer beat level 9 or 10!The addition of the Jacuzzi seats and jets at the back is really nice. Relaxing while others exercise or simply resting.The surfaces of the Serenity and Swimspa are really smooth to feel. The amazing number of jets, air vents and options of seating, make the options of Tranquility spa relaxation so much more. The Tranquility pack with aromatherapy oils is amazing and so relaxing for people.Maintenance is super easy. The High pressure filtration system with ozone and UV works really well. Yes we have to keep a watch on the levels with dipsticks and we were recommended the Digital Trutest device. This device uses dipsticks and gives a digital readout of the levels- so super accurate and easy to keep a log.We have two Mitsubishi Lossnay Heat recovery units to remove the humid air without loosing or gaining heat. These are cheap to run and prevent any condensation or damp problems. In addition a standard Air conditioner keeps the room cool or warm depending on the time of year though not often needed to be honest.As far as electricity costs - the insulation is so good, that frankly we have not noticed it on our electricity bill, we keep swim spa at 32C and Hot tub 38C. Contrasting with our concrete lap pool that looses heat and is expensive to run.We are so grateful to the team at Hydropool for being so honest, so knowledgeable (we delved deep into the science which gave me great confidence the team knew what they were talking about). So helpful and arranging such a quick install was brilliant.We are super pleased we took the quick decision to invest in the two pools providing a great service.Thank you Adrian, Jonathan and the Team.Nick and Michele
